Jody Mountain

Jody Soltau Mountain has been immersed in the Art of Lomi Lomi Nui, and it's foundations in Ancient Hawaiian Mysticism since 1989.  She is a dancer, choreographer and teacher with 25 years experience in various forms of movement dynamics and healing modalities.  Jody has studied with Kahu Abraham Kawa'i, Aua'ia, Maka'i'ole, Uliama and brings forward the teaching of this lineage. She also practices and facilitates Core & Cellular Healing through transmissions of High Healing Consciousnesses and Frequencies. She is a licensed massage therapist and teacher in the state of Hawai'i, and has dedicated her life to sharing the depth and vibrancy of this profound work with others as a vehicle for awakened consciousness.

Jody has taken this Life-Changing work to Japan, Canada, the USA, Spain and Ireland, and continues to offer Trainings, Retreats and Sessions internationally.

Lomi Lomi Nui • Kahuna Bodywork — Works to bring the entire sytsem into Deep Harmony, addressing the physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and ancestral bodies.  In addition to its many therapeutic effects, Kahuna Bodywork was designed to bring intiates to an expanded understanding of themselves and their role in the Universe.

Core & Cellular Healing — An Alchemical Transformational Healing process which connects us directly to Source and activates the clearing of any limitations or blockages which are preventing us from our full expression, from a cellular level. (This Session can be done in person, or via Skype)

TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS & RETREATS:

Core & Cellular Healing — 3-Day, Non-Residential Workshop — 'Living Prayer' in which we work with High Healing Consciousnesses, as well as your own Guardians and Spirit Helpers. Sacred energies work with each person's specific trauma and limitation in a deep purification process, unwinding and transmuting old blockages, opening the cells, expanding consciousness and allowing the true soul expression to be realized.

Maika'ike —Hawaiian Wisdom Training — 3-Day, Non-Residential Workshop — This workshop offers Core & Cellular Healing combined with Ancient Hawaiian body-centered practices to ground and awaken the wisdom of Spirit in our bodies, and in our lives.  'Maika'ike' means 'The Strength of the Knowledge'.

Lomi Lomi Nui Traning Retreats — 6 or 9-Day Residential Training — Based on Ancient, Universal principles, this work calls us first to redefine our perceptions of who we perceive ourselves to be, on every level.   Trainings are experiential, and are taught as close to the ancient Hawaiian ways as possible.  Participants will come away with the tools to offer a full session of Lomi Lomi Nui or Kahuna Bodywork, as well as a renewed alignment on all levels of being.  No massage experience is necessary.  This experience is for anyone interested in profound personal and spiritual growth, which translates into daily life.

Body of Soul Healing Retreats — 6-Day Residential Retreat — This is an opportunity to meet your spiritual and biochemical ‘life force’, unwind blockages and come into a deeper harmony with who you truly are. Ancient Movement Meditations, Sacred Living Prayer and Transformational Bodywork will be some of the vehicles for your transformation. No massage experience is necessary. This is experiential work for those who wish to shift at the very ground of their being.
