I first entered the world of international business affairs after graduating from McGill University with a B.A. in Psychology and a degree in Marketing. During my 15 years in Marketing Management, I was introduced through friends to the health benefits of Reiki, Holistic Kinesiology, Mystical Alchemy, Hatha Yoga, and Meditation. I quickly discovered that by practicing Yoga and Meditation regularly and receiving energetic therapy treatments, it helped manage my stress, promoted a deep connection with myself and enabled personal healing.
After a few years, I decided to change my life course and I registered for Hatha Yoga teacher training and became a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher. Likewise, I followed my calling to study and become a certified Reiki Master and Teacher of the Usui System of Natural Healing.
After much deliberation, I finally decided to leave the marketing business world to follow my passion and to pursue my dream of helping others. Thus in 2010, I founded the Spirita Wellness Studio, located on the South Shore of Montreal, Canada, in St-Bruno-de-Montarville, which offers a calm and intimate environment and the personalized support system will enable you to reach your true potential. We offer energetic therapy treatments and Hatha Yoga classes for adults or children. We also offer Reiki and Mystical Alchemy workshops as well as an annual Yoga and Meditation silent retreat in the Laurentian Mountains, north of Montreal.
As I pursue my journey towards spiritual, emotional and physical well being, I am continually learning new energetic therapies, including Shamanism and Holistic Kinesiology, which fundamentally enriches my work as a Naturotherapist in order to continue my dream of helping others find balance. I am also registered with the Association de Naturotherapists of Quebec Inc. (ANQ).
Holistic Kinesiology is my specialty. Holistic Kinesiology is an accompanying tool that permits access to your energetic, emotional and spiritual imprints. The treatments work on any theme that you want to heal in your life. Treatments can be performed in person or over the phone.
I sit together with the client and ask what is it that he would like to work on. We discuss the history of the subject matter and then I use the main kinesiology tool which is a binder compiled of various data to reach inside the subconscious side of the client to lead us down a path of healing. Each data is retrieved with simple finger test performed by the practioner which tests the truth with the subconsciousness of the other. The main goal is to have the client affirm an "aha" moment - to really understand the reasons behind the subject matter on a conscious level.
A typical session lasts between 1 and 1.5 hours.
There is no articular preparation except to highlight a certain aspect of their lives that they would like to be improved for a better sense of well-being.
Holistic Kinesiology gives you direct access to your unconsciousness and permits you to release:

- Any symptoms related to migraines
- Any symptoms related to allergies
- Any symptoms or side-effects related to any medicine or medical treatment your are currently undertaking as prescribed by your doctor

Clients can come as often as once a week; however, they should come at least every 2-3 weeks to maintain the healing process momentum.
Yes I give out receipts for medical insurance coverage under Naturatherapy. I am registered with the Association de Naturotherapists de Quebec Inc. (ANQ).
