    Aware of my claircognisance as my main extra-sensory ability since childhood, I've always held a keen interest in the mind, human behaviour and all things spiritual. At the age of 12 this led me to decide to study Psychology. In my late teens, I began meditating and astral travelling. A few years later, I began practising yoga and was attuned in the Reiki method of healing.

    I have travelled to the UK, US and India where I've spent time with and received instruction from various spiritual teachers.
