Donald was born in the Southwest of England and grew up in the quiet, natural surroundings of the picturesque Cotswold village of Quenington in Gloucestershire. In his early teens the family moved to the town of Cheltenham Spa, famous for its mineral water, Shopping and Racetrack. 

Donald has been successful in halving or completely eliminating the pain that patients are experiencing, particularly those with carpal tunnel syndrome,  "Soft tissue release, unlike other forms of bodywork, is a very specific neuromuscular therapy for correcting muscular imbalances, accelerating the healing of muscular injuries and quickly eliminating chronic pain."

Chuck Wall, a local heat and air conditioning contractor, suffers from carpal tunnel syndrome. Cortisone shots and surgery were an option for him until his visit to Donald’s  practice

. "I’ve been in the grip of crippling pain for such a long time. Donald and I talked about it. He helped me understand that I must be patient with myself, learn how to relax, do my daily stretching, practice re-connecting to my awareness of body and posture and allow my body to return to its natural state. Within a week, I was 99.9 percent pain free," Wall said.

Similar results, such as 50 percent reduction of pain in the lower back, whiplash, knee and foot problems, has been consistently seen with two treatments. Donald offers pain relief to wellness care. This includes treatment for sports injuries, accident trauma, acute and repetitive injuries, fibromyalgia, migraines and chronic pain syndrome.

In late 2010, Donald came in contact with Michael Uriarte D.C and his MyoKinesthetic System.  This system works along the lines of clearing any impingement in the peripheral nervous system along a single nerve pathway; thereby having a specific impact on the nervous system.  If we can treat the nervous system in a specific way the body does not care how it is treated, it takes this treatment and clears its problems.

This translates into the reality that whether the client is able to fully cooperate or not, if the correct combination of muscle for the particular nerve root are isolated and stimulated then the consequence seems to be a release of spasm and trauma and  a reset to original “natural” posture.

Donald is continuing his studies with Dr Uriarte and , he feels, is finally able to offer his clients a fast and efficient holistic approach to their problems using the broad range of modalities and experience at his disposal.
