- am thought provoking, and their experiences are emotionally & spiritually moving (I love making you think. And feel. And move.)
- unlock an amazing inner resource that so often lies unknown and unused (I like to think I wake you up and keep you awake)
- assist them in experiencing their higher self, while supporting & educating their lower self (we can't do one and not the other. We're spiritual AND human beings, and we need to honour both)
- guide them beyond their 5 senses into a deeply moving meditative connection with the very best of themselves (after we deepen the 5 senses, we open up the 6th. Easy)
- co-create deep lasting connectivity and change (we do it together - I don't do it for you. And if it doesn't last, what's the real point?)
- educate them to see through the eyes & heart of their higher self (once we access that sense, we can start living from it)
- gracefully reverse their usually loud minds & shy hearts until their creative, confident, spiritual essence is unleashed(they say 'gracefully', and for that I smile. Reversing is accurate. We don't reinvent the wheel. Just rearrange it. ;) )

So what is it that I do, and why, and how do I do it?
I studied everything. My first degree was in English Literature. It was my way of gaining historical social understanding so I could see the big picture of humanity, over thousands of years. I added studies in physical and healing therapies, from nutrition and herbology, to polarity and colon therapy. I studied analytical, medical and transpersonal clinical hypnotherapy. Added meditation, yoga, eastern and western theologies and philosophies, energy psychologies, regression and progression therapies, and neuro-linguistic programming.
Then I hunkered down for years, and earned my masters and doctorate in Transpersonal Psychology, so I could open up my own private practice, serving others in their spiritual exploration, discovery and growth.
Studies aside, it's the experience (personal, and with others) that makes someone 'educated' and capable. That's why 20 years of maintaining a very full and rich private practice for individuals and groups, is where I really feel my 'educational bio' excels.
If the proof is in the pudding, then those tens of thousands of individuals and groups I have served in those 20 years, are my degrees.
They are why I do what I do. The value is in their tears, their smiles and their ongoing empowered lives.
