About Dr. Holly Ruocco

Dr. Holly Ruocco is a 1995 Graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa.  After school she started her own practice in Glendale AZ.  In June of 1999, she moved home to the community she had grown up in and has been practicing in Salem, NH ever since.  She has cared for infants and elderly and has a passion for teaching and helping people reach their maximum potential through natural, non invasive means. 

In the summer of 2008, Dr. Ruocco discovered a breakthrough technology and decided it would be an incredible technology to bring to New England.  In October 2008 Advanced Allergy Centers opened their doors in Salem, NH.  We are the first office in New England to offer this technology to the people in our community.   Our practitioners are the most experienced and provide the best quality service.  Our patients are treated like family.  It has proven to be amazing as we are helping people with symptoms associated with allergies and sensitivities when everything has failed.  Daily, I am amazed and pleased to hear the incredible success stories.    All the practitioners are trained and certified in these techniques and are a knowledgeable and experienced team of registered nurses, acupuncturists and chiropractors.  Our primary goal is to provide not just the best possible care, but to also provide the quickest relief and results for all of our patients.   Her greatest passion in health care is derived from the amazing "miracles" she and her technicians achieve on a daily basis with all allergy sufferers.  Our company is based on the belief that our clients needs are of the utmost importance.  Dr. Ruocco has been married for 10 years and has a daughter Sarah and lives in Salem, NH.  In her spare time she enjoys throwing pottery at Healing Touch Pottery in Hampstead NH, carving gourds and speaking to groups of people who are dedicated to improving their lives using natural, alternative methods.

How does Dr Holly’s Allergy Treatment Work?

The treatment is based on the biochemical reactions that cause allergies and sensitivities.  When someone has an allergy, it shows up in blood work as the body produces an IG (Immune Globulin) reaction.  Sensitivities, however, will not show up in the same way.  A allergy and sensitivity is what happens when there is an inappropriate immune system response; the body is reacting negatively to a harmless substance.
This occurs when someone has undergone some type of trauma (may be physical, chemical or emotional) at a time when the body’s immune system is lowered (maybe fighting off a slight virus, or from stress or other causes).  The body is having a bad experience at a time when it’s exposed to a certain thing (vitamin C, apples, dogs, etc) and so it tags that substance as ‘bad’.  Then on subsequent exposures, the body remembers that it was undergoing a trauma at the time it was exposed to that substance and it creates a warning symptom.
Advanced Allergy Centers has three different technologies that we use to identify and then treat these conditions.
In brief, science has broken matter down into strands of energy that vibrate at specific frequencies.  The technologies allows us to send these frequencies to the body with something that looks like a blood pressure cuff.  The body responds to each frequency.  When the body responds negatively, the treatment then consists of exposing the body to that frequency while providing a positive stimulus (simply put, it’s like overwriting the negative association with a new and positive one).  The stimulus causes the person’s body to produce endorphins (positive feeling chemicals) and the body resets its memory of that particular harmless substance so that the associated negative symptoms stop occurring.
The treatment can get more complicated when people have multiple things going on; for example, if someone was exposed to five different things at one time, then the treatment has to work through all five individually before the condition improves.  Many people are suffering from multiple system allergies.  This is what sometimes leads to a need for multiple visits.

Getting started is easy – you can call us and talk to one of our practitioners or go to our website and sign up for the free informational workshops (either by email or by calling).  We are happy to have people call anytime for more information and details about the process and to talk about your particular allergies and/or sensitivities.  For people near one of the Advanced Allergy Centers clinics, we ask you to come to an informational workshop first, but if you are traveling to visit a clinic (many people do), you can call and schedule your first session after talking with one of our practitioners.
People come from many different locations to visit the Advanced Allergy Centers offices and get relief from their allergies and sensitivities.  We have lots of testimonials on our website to give you a personal view of the experience, but we have had people come from New Hampshire, Vermont, Mass, Rhode Island, New York, and as far away as Canada.  

Because each person is unique and has a different needs, it is important to have a complete history.  On your initial visit we will take a history to determine what course action is needed to help you with your health challenges in the quickest amount of time. We will explain these technologies and the protocols.  You will then receive your first treatment.
