I am an Organic, Plant-based Chef, Educator and Consultant and offer workshops, trainings and consultations in learning how to incorporate more Farm-to-the-Table, Organic, Nutrient-dense Cuisine into one\'s culinary repertoire. Trainings can focus on topics such as Knife Skills, Appetizers, Salads, Soups, Entrees, Baked Goods and Desserts, both cooked and raw vegan.
