Spiral Up Yoga pulls from many different styles of yoga including Dahn, Hatha, Kundalini and Yin.
Yoga is the most complete form of personal self-care there is- body, mind and soul. It's been around for thousands of years because IT WORKS.
5 Minutes only! That's the beauty of Spiral Up Yoga. I designed it to be done by anyone, anywhere in just 5 minutes a day. You can always spend more time if you want, but the whole point of Spiral Up Yoga is to do something small that only takes 5 minutes, but to do it every day, consistently. This small but consistent approach will do you much more good over time than hour long + sessions that are only done once in a while, which for most people is the case when they do yoga.
They don't come to me. They do it themselves wherever they are- right in their own bedrooms or hotel rooms or family rooms. They do something small every day that only takes 5 minutes.
3 to 5 asanas designed to strengthen that day's chakra. Maybe some chakra breath work, some chakra based aromatherapy or some chakra based tuning fork sound therapy or vocal intoning. Each day has a theme or mindset that you focus on during the day as you go about your business.
Absolutely, unequivicably, no matter what your age or ability.
The Human Condition.
Because they don't have to go anywhere to see me. They just read my book and go to my website and learn and practice at home and get support from me and from the worldwide family of fellow Spiral Up yoga practitioners.
You are! Guaranteed.
My philosophy of healing/treatment is one of subtraction. I believe that the body, mind and soul of a human being are divinely designed to live in a state of well-being. Anything we take on (beliefs, habits, lifestyles, etc.) that blocks our innate well being is the only problem there ever is. Spiral Up Yoga is a practice of daily subtraction- of subtracting the daily accumulation of stress, negativity, stiffness, and fear that block our chakras. As we unblock our chakras, they perform their vital functions and we heal and return to our natural state of well-being, body, mind and soul.
Yoga to me means aligning the body and mind with the soul. Anything that helps me to do that is a form of yoga. The whole focus of Spiral Up Yoga is to do something small, for 5 min./day to strengthen that day's chakra. I teach various methods of doing that including traditional yoga asanas, but also breath work, vocal intoning, aromatheraphy, sound therapy, light/color therapy, mindset management, belief upgrading, life coaching and more.
Chakra based aromatherapy, sound therapy, light/color therapy, life coaching, thought-parasite purging.
