Through Homeopathic treatment patients learn to take ownership of their health and honor their body both in illness and in health through acknowledgment and validation of the way they personally experience disease. It is because of the unique relationship created in the course of homeopathic treatment that many patients feel, often for the first time that they can take charge of their life and feel better. In the same way that Homeopathic remedies stimulate a healing response from the patient’s body, a Homeopath facilitates an empowerment of the patient through the case taking process.

Paula graduated with honors in both homeopathy and healthsciences from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto. As a Classical homeopaths she understand the unique mind/body connection and the role that connection plays in achieving and maintaining optimal health. Paula seeks to empower each and every patient to take an active role in their health journey and reclaim their personal wellbeing.
I am a classical homeopath.
A typical session usually consists of an initial intake in which I learn as much as possible about you and your unique experience of your complaint, it will also include a physical exam. This usually takes about 2hrs
Follow up visits include the consultation and if necessary physical exam to asses progress.
Typically patients come in for follow up every 3-4 weeks for an ongoing complaint. Whenever a new remedy is started I like to follow up within 24hrs (by phone/email) and then within the week to ensure that the patient's healing is on track. Both of these "touch base" follow ups are included in the cost of the initial intake.
I have worked extensively with children for many years, so naturally I gravitated towards pediatrics. I have a deep passion for family health and restoring harmony in a natural and holistic way. In my final year at the college I wrote my dissertation on homeopathy and pediatrics and have carried this work through to my practice to provide families with the best care possible.

Our office strives to make each and every patient feel welcome. Since our focus is pediatrics, we have taken steps to make it as child friendly as possible while still maintaining a suitable environment for our adult patients. Each case is treated without judgment and with the utmost attention to confidentiality.
That being said as a holistic modality homeopathy should be tailored to each individual and that includes the practitioner as well as the the medicine. By providing potential clients a complementary 15 minure consult we can learn a little more about each other, your indevidual needs/goals and decide if we are a fit.
Absolutely! I integrate nutritional coaching, lifestyle coaching, Bach flower therapy, tissue salts and craniosacral therapy into a patients care as much as possible. Each person is unique and so the more tools we have in the toolkit the better
I am passionate about working with families to improve their overall health. As a parent myself I know it isn't always easy to make the best healthcare choices, as a holistic practitioner I can help demistify parents about health options and support them in makeing choices that make sense for their particular situation.
I have had a passion for healing my entire life and self trained as a lay herbalist by the time I was 18. I studied bookkeeping at Mohawk College but eventually chose to follow my passion and pursue a postgraduate education in Homeopathy. After an intensive 3 years at the Ontario College of homeopathic Medicine I graduated top of my class and received honors in both homeopathy and health sciences. I also received the Boiron scholarship for excellence in both my second and 3rd year.

- Craniosacral Therapy professional training through The Cranial Therapy centre
