She is devoted to the daily Yoga and Meditation practices given to her by her Guru

Lea has been most sought after for private sessions, always working with students to refine & harmonize their personal approach. In Yoga therapy, she assists people healing from chronic and life threatening illness. Ms. Kraemer wrote and directs higher education programs, PRANA MANDIR Yoga's Vinyasa Teacher Training and, Agni: A Kundalini Yoga Intensive. Students are invited to join both the certificationand the Intensive as part of their "Crusade of Compassion."

Lea is passionate about offering alignment principles for the physical body as well as the inner most self. Her sessions and classes are always dynamic, flowing, and encourage each student’s personal practice as a wise and joyful path to the Self.

What style of Kundalini Yoga do you practice?

As taught by Yogi Bhajan and also informed by my 20 years of learning and practicing. My Kundalini style is alignment based - the inner and outer bodies need to be in balance in order for Shakti to be balanced within!

Describe a typical Kundalini Yoga session:

There is no typical - each session depends on what each individual needs. I can say that all are balanced between physical & energetic work. Mind-body-spirit = Yoga. I use the diamond of Yoga as fully as possible.

How often do clients come for a Kundalini Yoga session?

Again - this is entirely individual. Some clients want to transform their whole practice and come several times a week. Some clients have found me while visting and I give them one healing session with breath "homework" to do. I like to follow up and ask if I can be of further service. Private work is a wonderful way to go deeper into your Sadahana.

How should someone prepare for a Kundalini Yoga session?

Dont eat for two hours before. Bring water. Wear natural fabric, white is wonderful. Relax.

How long is a typical Kundalini Yoga session?

    90 minutes

What would you tell anyone wondering if Kundalini Yoga will help them?

    Yes

What are the benefits/results people see from Kundalini Yoga?

radiance, vitality, strength, relaxation, understanding, pain release, self-efficacy, joy, flexibility in mind and body.... myriads more

What are the top three conditions you treat most commonly?

Depression, back pain, auto- immune diseases

Why do people come to see you rather than another practitioner of Kundalini Yoga?

My experience is vast. My sessions are tailored to individual's needs because I employ pure modalities of Yoga from Kundalini, breath work, kriyas, Ayurvedic sequences of postures, Ashtanga Yoga from Sri Pattabhi Jois, to Meditations on healing energy. I am so specific with each student, seeing their whole and total being. Yet I am open and vast in my ability to use the tools of Yoga given to us and through us by the Masters of these traditions.

    Who were your best teachers?

    Yogi Bhajan

i would like to take you up on your special offer and schedule a session with you. i have been trying to build a morning practice but am kind of all over the place with it and would like to work with you to create something that feels right. i guess evenings are probably best...8 or 9 pm my time. i can do most mornings but that may be too early for you.

Thanks so much for the webinar tonight. I enjoyed the talk. The pictures of the ocean were great too. On yes and I remember webbles wobble but they don't fall down. Please do email me the three meditations. I am for sure going to do one if not more but only the Om meditation was really clear to me. Also if you can clarify the name of the time just be for dawn. That time will for sure be out of my comfort zone. Growing pains. Lol. Thanks again. maybe next time I can see where to type in questions. See you in Montana.  – Linda
