I teach the Art of Living course which consists of guided Yoga, guided Meditation, about how to increase body's bio energy and how to hodl it longer. The focus of the course is breathing techniques derived from ancient Yoga practices. It also includes Sudarshan Kriya as taught by His Holiness Sri Sri Ravishanker. Sudarshan Kriya practiced under an instructor clears the nervous system of toxins and balances the chakras. Guided meditation includes Panchakosha meditation to dive through the five sheeths into the source of one's creativity and the aura meditation to expand one's aura effortlessly. A take home version of the Sudarshan Kriya is part of the course. One can the millions around the world practicing Sudarshan Kriya to maintain their health and spirit. The course duration is 15 hours. The course is taught in a group setting of 10-15 participants. This provides for an opportunity for participants to connect with each other and to receive one and one attention related to breathing practices from the instructor.
