What is a session with me like?

We would begin by briefly discussing what you are experiencing, what you would like to change and then, focus on what you would like instead.  I have several modalities that we could choose from to assist you in making the changes that you are desiring.  Past life regression and/or hypnotherapy and neurolinguistic programming (working with how you store your experiences and communicate them within your brain and body) to access your subconscious and identfy what is keeping you from having what you desire...and then together, we shift that so you get the outcome you want.  Gentle, nurturing, and you are in charge!

Or I could use Spiritual response therapy, using a pendulum and charts to access the akashic records and clear limiting energies and programs from this and other lifetimes, so that you can manifest your desires with more ease and gentleness.

Or I could lead you through guided meditations designed specially for you, and recorded so you can use them again.  I could also coach you in ways to eat in a more supportive way, help you look at your limiting beliefs, teach you stress release and manifesting tools, and create goals to transform what is in your way from having the health and life you desire.

There are many more modalities we could choose from.  Bottom line...you are seeking change, I have a BIG toolbox to assist you with and together, we form a plan to get you where you want to go.

I have years of experience with personal development issues of both children and adults, in schools, small and large businesses, and in private practice.
