 I started studying Yip family Style Tai-Chi, Medical Qigong and Taoist Yoga in 1981. My teacher stressed on the importance of lower abdominal breathing (Tan Tien breathing). I asked God for help and one day while meditating the Five Tan Tiens lower abdominal breathing exercise mantra  came to me. I repeated it all of the time and within 30 days I was breathing like a child. Once I was able to 24 hour lower abdominal breathe like a child I became relaxed, my energy increased and I experienced a Spiritual awakening within 6 months of dedicated practice of Taoist Yoga. 

In 1984 I realized that I had the ability to teach others how to  breathe like a child after I taught Harry Hunter a COPD patient the Five Tan Tiens lower abdominal breathing exercise mantra while we walked around an indoor track (oxygen therapy).  Harry was able to 24 hour lower abdominal breathe like a child within 30 days of dedicated practice and he was able to live a normal life again. I have been teaching the Five Tan Tiens lower abdominal breathing exercise mantra  since then to students that need to learn how to 24 lower abdominal breathe like a child for various health reasons (stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, stamina, fatigue, asthma, impotence, hot flashes etc...).
