I've been a practioner since 2007 with my own treatment that I run from home. I find this to be very successful as we are located in a very quiet and serene village. This helps greatly towards the treatments that I offer to help combat stress, tension, anxiety and to 'just to get away from it all'.

What style of Reiki do you practice?

Mikao Usui style of Reiki

How long is a typical Reiki session?

Th session is about 1 hour but can be up to 1/2 hour extra if needed.

How often do clients come for a Reiki session?

I suggest 6 weekly session to begin with to be able notice any changes (this is of course optional) then after that it can be up to the clients, once a month can be benefical too.

Do you integrate Reiki with other healing modalities?

Yes I can intergrate Reiki with

Crystal healing and Chakra Balancing
