I focus mainly on two powerful techniques; Atlas Balancing and the LifeLine Technique. Atlas Balancing can be helpful for many conditions of the neck, spine, joints and other musculoskeletal issues, as well as migraines, dizziness, nerve conditions, circulation issues, and some sight, hearing and digestive conditions. Long term it leads to the restoration of the flow of kundalini hich moves the body into a state of self-healing. After that point, there are many testimonials of all manner of conditions and symptoms resolving themselves including diabetes and Alzheimers.
Below that are some questions to help you decide if you want to know more about the LifeLine Technique.
Welcome; and Infinite Love and Gratitude to you!!!
I know many healing modalities, but I focus on two very powerful techniques; Atlas Balancing and the LifeLine Technique. Atlas Balancing is one of only two methods known to permanently move the cervical atlas back into place. It is the only one that does not require xrays or machinery. The atlas is out of alignment by 19 degrees in every mammal except dolphins, whales, and pigs. It is always turned to the left side. It can be moved even further out of alignment by accidents of traumas. This technique uses Sound Codes and gentle energetic touch to move the atlas back into place. Since the atlas is what holds the ten pound head in place and connects that head to the spinal column, its misalignment creates many issues as the rest of the body twists and turns in order to conform to this condition of imbalance. The return of proper alignment to the atlas can certainly correct many conditions like migraines, musculoskeletal issues, and pain, there are many other benefits to this one-time treatment. It continues to work over time. Once the atlas is in place, the flow of kundalini is restored. This shifts the body into a self-healing mode and the natural state of healtlh can return.
The LifeLine Technique because it is so all-encompassing and covers every possible situation - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, relationships or financial issues. The technique contains a number of other modalities, and is based on the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto, Louise Hay, Dr. Bruce Liption, Dr. Candace Pert and others. The essence of the technique is that all issues arising in your life - the way your body and life are speaking to you - are there because you have emotions that have not been processed. These emotions remain unprocessed not because you chose not to deal with them, but because your subconscious mind has protected you from things you did not have the tools and strategies to deal with at the time. The symptoms and issues in your life will continue to return until you resolve these emotions.
I was trained by Dr. Darren Weissman, a Hay House author, and the developer of the technique. I am in his second book ("Awakening to the Secret Code of Your Mind") twice, with both my personal LifeLine experience, and that of my client Paul, who has baffled his doctors as a cancer survivor. Although the LifeLine Technique is all about emotions, it is not talk therapy. Talk therapy is wonderful, but unless you are doing hypnosis, EMDR or other things, you are working in the conscious mind. We use the LifeLine Technique to access your subconscious mind and learn why your body is speaking to you with symptoms, fears, and other challenges. We harmonize the unprocessed emotions with Infinite Love and Gratitude, and return your body and life to their natural states of joy and perfection.
If you don't have any symptoms or issues, the technique is still quite beneficial. Set an intention; a goal, and we will harmonize every cell in your body to that goal, releasing any emotional obstacles to the achievement of that goal. The technique also works beautifully on animals, and children, where you are the surrogate as the (pet) owner or parent. How great would it be to know exactly what emotions your child is trying to express through their behavior or physical conditions? I cannot say enough about this transformational technique. It is easily done remotely - via Skype or over the phone, so geography is not an issue!!! Please see my website for more information at www.lifelineatl.com.
In a typical Atlas Balancing session, the client is seated in a chair. They are asked to move and turn their head, to see the range of motion for comparison afterward. Sound Codes are toned, and light energetic touch is used to move the cervical atlas into place. Different sound codes are used for the axis and remaining cervical vertebrae with a gentle rocking of each. Then each vertebra is rocked starting from the sacrum, and moving all the way back up the spine. This is followed with Sound Codes for clearing the Granthies - this is a Sanskrit word referencing an energetic knot that keeps you attached to your busy mind. The client is then grounded using certain Sound Codes, and Light is brought from above through the body into the earth, and from the earth through the body moving up. There is a beautiful Sound Code to close called State of Love which is done over the heart chakra. Finally, a concluding sound code ends the session. The client will then move their head again to recheck the range of motion for improvement. A followup is done in two weeks, where the procedure is much the same, except the atlas is not moved since it is already in place. This followup is free. I am the only Certified Atlas Balancer who follows the session with a quick LifeLine session (see below). This is short and is used only to clear any emotions or limiting beliefs from the subconscious mind that might prevent the client from fully integrating the Atlas Balancing session. This could appear as emotions trapped in specific vertebrae, chakra imbalances and the like, but usually there is very little that needs to be cleared.
In a typical LifeLine session, if there is such a thing, we talk about what's going on with you, or a goal you want to achieve. We reconnect your Mind, Body, Spirit, Earth, Universe and Higher Self. We then set an intention about where you want to go - what would you feel like if your goal was achieved, or all of your issues were cleared up. We walk through a brief visualization, then use portals (a pathway) to bridge your conscious mind to your subconscious mind. These portals are very simple. Using kinesiology, if you had, for example, a knee problem; and I had you put one hand on your knee, the muscle in the arm would go weak as there is dysfunction in the part of the body being touched. We use as many portals as possible, to allow the most to come through in a session. Once having accessed your subconscious mind, we find out where the imbalance is that is causing the resistance/symptoms/challenges, then determine what power center(s) you are disconnected from. Each of the 5 elements of Chinese medicine are related to specific emotions, so we determine what elements to use, what meridians need a specific chi flow, and what flow they need. We then move to the Expression Channels to find out what emotions need to be processed, or cleared, and how they are expressing themselves through you. Finally, we clear the holding patterns that allow these symptoms to continue returning to you. We then test to see if any of the Five Basics (water, food, rest, exercise, owning your power) are related to the intention. Finally we ask how much time is needed to integrate the session. Early sessions can require two to three weeks to integrate - especially for animals - while the integration period becomes shorter over time. All this is done with you fully awake, in the comfort of your own home, or in my presence, whichever is required.
Atlas Balancing only needs to be done one time. The atlas is moved back into place, and once in its sockets it does not move again, short of a major trauma such as a bad car accident or a fall from a roof. There is a free followup in two weeks. The work continues to manifest in the body over time, and clients are expected to follow up themselves if they need massage or other work that would complement the session. A session where the Atlas Balancing Sound Codes are done while gently touching each area is also an excellent followup activity.
For the LifeLine Technique, clients come when the time to integrate their previous session has passed. Some people stop coming after their symptoms clear. In order to know that you are completely cleared, you will want to do the LifeLine until there are no imbalances, no power center disconnections, no emotions to clear and no holding patterns remaining.
A typical Atlas Balancing session takes about an hour, but much of this is a pre-session interview and followup discussion. The Sound Codes themselves take about 30 minutes to run.
For the LifeLine Technique, this is a difficult question to answer. It depends on how much you are working on at one time, how much clearing you've done in the past, etc. I would count on two to two and a half hours for the first session. The sessions following that are one to two hours, usually getting shorter each time until you are near the end, when a session will be thirty minutes or less.
No preparation is necessary for Atlas Balancing. However, some people may feel tired the next day, so you may not want to schedule a session if you have a particularly active or busy schedule the following day.
No preparation is necessary for a LifeLine Technique session except for giving some thought to what you want to work on. Additionally, if we are meeting in person, you will want to be well-hydrated to make muscle testing (kinesiology) easier.
The most frequent question is how many sessions it will take to clear a certain issue. It is impossible to tell. It is different for everyone. Again, it depends on how much work you've already done, how fast you are able to integrate the work, how much trauma you've had, how deep the issue goes, and many other factors.
The other most common question is 'Is it energy work?' Officially, yes, because kinesiology is energy, and because the intention of sending Infinite Love and Gratitude to heal is also energy. We also work with the chakras. However, I find that when people think of energy work, they generally think of Reiki, or that type of hands-on energy work. This is not that. You might classify it as 'energetic psychology' because the emotions are cleared energetically, not via talk therapy.
Atlas Balancing is a combination of Sound Codes and gentle energetic touch. The atlas is out of place, shifted to the left by nineteen degrees in every mammal except dolphins, whales and pigs. It can be further out of place if there has been trauma. These Sound Codes allow the cervical atlas to 'float' and be gently shifted into place. Gentle touch and the use of Sound Codes on the remaining vertebra and some other energetic spots allow the body to adjust to the new and proper position of the atlas. The healing continues over time, as the body restores itself and the flow of kundalini. This then puts the body in a complete self-healing mode, and many, many issues can correct themselves.
The LifeLine Technique is an advanced holistic system that discovers, interprets, and releases the root cause of physical and emotional symptoms and stress - emotions buried within the subconscious mind. When those emotions are harmonized with the power of Infinite Love and Gratitude, the body naturally responds as it was designed - as a self-healing organism. The key to healing is accessing the subconscious mind. The LifeLine Flowchart encompasses about a dozen different techniques, or portions thereof, to find the specific emotions and beliefs that need to be healed.
Some results can be instant with Atlas Balancing. The atlas sits very near some important anatomy - the spinal cord and spinal nerves, the vertebral artery, the optic nerves and a plethera of other nerves. As an example, one client had a sagging eyelid on one side. Although I had known her for thirty years, I had never noticed this, but once she pointed it out, it was obvious. When she got up from her initial Atlas Balancing session, she went to the mirror and her eyelid was normal. This is an indication that the atlas which was out of place, was pressing on the nerve that was related to the sagging eyelid. Moving the atlas back in place relieved the pressure on that nerve. There are many situations like that where things can be resolved instantly - tremors, neck and back pain, and more. Other things take time to clear, as the body begins to adjust itself to the new positioning of the atlas. After the atlas is in place and kundalini flow is restored, the body moves into self-healing mode and any number of issues can be resolved.
Using the LifeLine Technique, I have helped people with depression and anxiety, baffled doctors with cancer survivors, helped people avoid surgery, helped people prepare for surgery, helped with chronic pain, and many other things you can find on the testimonials page of my website: http://www.lifelineatl.com/testimonials.htm. I've helped a little boy with selective mutism release his anxiety about speaking in certain situations. I love taking on those things for which Western medicine is unable to provide good solutions. Animals respond beautifully to the technique and I have worked on cats, dogs and horses, all with success.
What I love the most about the technique over the long term is the tremendous synergy it creates in different areas of your life. The real beauty occurs when someone has been working on things for a while, perhaps several different physical issues. As the emotions related to those issues are healed, their personalities begin to change. Suddenly they find people telling them how different they seem, or how great they look, or they suddenly start attracting wonderful new relationships into their life they weren't trying to create.
Atlas Balancing can help with any number of issues with the musculoskeletal system. Neck and back pain, joint and nerve conditions, jaw issues, bruxism, migraines and other headaches, dizziness, some eye and ear conditions, and digestive issues (since these are often related to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems) are some of the things that can be helped by the technique. Over time, this work helps the body move into a complete self-healing mode whereby any number of issues can be resolved.
As for LifeLine, I am aware that you are not supposed to say 'it works on anything', but in this case it's true. Why would I want to limit this powerful technique? It works on physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, behavioral, financial and relationship issues. It helps people with issues other modalities can't or don't address - past lives, attachments, dimensional issues, auric bodies, holding patterns, etc. I recommend it for any and all issues in your life. Is there anything you want more of or less of in your life? Then I'm your girl, and LifeLine is your healer!
Atlas Balancing is a powerful and beautiful new technique. There are only 36 people certified to do this in the USA, and I am not certain that all of them are practicing. I am willing to travel to certain parts of the country if at least 8 people want this work. Additionally, I have the added bonus of following the balancing with a LifeLine Technique to release any subconscious emotions or limiting beliefs that might hinder a client from fully integrating the Atlas Balancing. While this is not necessary, and Atlas Balancing certainly works without it, most people find it a delightful bonus.
There are over 300 LifeLine Technique practitioners across the world. We all share the beauty of Dr. Weissman's technique and I would recommend any one of them. However, some who have become Certified LifeLine Practitioners only work on themselves or family members. Another CLP and I have expanded some options in the technique, and thus are able to reach deeper levels, so sometimes other practitioners refer their stubborn cases to me. Dr. Weissman in his generosity has told us to take the technique and make it our own and I have definitely done that. For those that recommend me, they have told others that I have integrity, humility, passion, compassion, and 'clean' energy. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to help someone heal. If they need a referral to someone else, I will do that. I also hand out little tidbits about tools or techniques I've learned over the years that might be helpful.
My philosophy of healing is that I am not a healer. I am only a facilitator. Your body knows exactly how to heal itself. Your perfect health is still there, behind the fog of unprocessed emotions. For non-health issues, it is your subconscious mind which leads me to the right emotions to clear. You are the one allowing these emotions and beliefs to heal. You are the one who can best change what needs to be changed in your life. I am merely a conduit, a hollow bone, through which Love can work to heal others. Who is the best healer???? YOU ARE!
I don't just talk about the LifeLine Technique. I am my own best testimonial. I use it on myself every day. It has helped me heal myself of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, heart disease, sub-clinical cancer, shyness, fear, abundance issues, grief, and a myriad of aches and pains, viruses and other pathogens. It has made me a completely different person than I was five years ago. It has reminded me of my passion for healing, and helped me see that there really is a solution for whatever ails me. It has taught me how to stay in present-time consciousness; feeling my feelings as they occur, how to speak my truth, and how to be able to give back to the world in a most meaningful way. I am eternally grateful for the vision of Dr. Darren Weissman and this beautiful technique.
I studied with Elisabeth U. Westermann from Germany who developed the Atlas Balancing technique. She is an extraordinary awakened being, and it was an honor to be in her presence. This training was profound and sacred, and I consider myself extremely blessed to be among the few practitioners who know this technique, as she only takes nine students per class. I hope to continue this journey with her and become an Atlas Balancing trainer.
Dr. Darren Weissman, who developed the technique, is the only one who teaches it. I traveled to Chicago for three long weekends of classes. However, that wasn't the end of the journey. I didn't attend three classes and get a certificate. I submitted paperwork from sessions I did on volunteers. I took an oral exam, where we actually worked on a classmate. Then I took the written exam. Let me tell you that I am a smart cookie, and I am always the first one to finish a test. I was not the first one to finish this test. This test took me (and most of my classmates) nine hours to complete. We had to score 90% or more to be certified. Dr. Weissman is serious about who is allowed to practice this technique. If you know anyone who is a Certified LifeLine Technique Practitioner, know that they have worked hard to earn that honor.
I first heard of Atlas Balancing from another LifeLine Technique practitioner in California. When it was brought to my attention, I noticed that the person setting it up was from Atlanta, and I had heard her name in certain circles. I 'friended' her on Facebook and was thus able to find out about Elisabeth coming to Atlanta to teach the Atlas Balancing class. I signed up the instant I heard about it and was thrilled to be able to secure a slot in the class. It turned out to be so much more powerful and life-changing than I ever thought it would be.
Regarding my introduction to the LifeLine Technique, my mom wanted to send me on a trip for my 50th birthday. Having grown up in the military, I'm not a big fan of traveling, but I LOVE conferences. So I asked her to send me to the Louise Hay I Can Do It conference in Tampa. I had morning and afternoon seminars, and some 6 hour workshops with the various Hay House authors. Well, I have a friend in Tampa who is an extraordinary medical intuitive and I don't get to see her often, so we had lunch together while I was there. She asked who my afternoon seminar was with and I told her. She was subtle, but I got the message that this might not be the best choice for me. So I went back to the conference, and crossed that person off the list. I was left with a bunch of names I didn't know from which to choose a seminar. I saw the words 'Infinite Love and Gratitude' and thought, well who couldn't use a little of that? Thus I ended up in Dr. Weissman's seminar 'by accident'. I cannot tell you what happened to me in that room, or anything that was said. I can tell you that tears streamed from my eyes for the entire two hours and I was spent afterwards. Whatever moved me was powerful, and I left that room knowing that I was supposed to be doing the LifeLine Technique for the rest of my life.
My most cherished experiences are watching people's lives change. Watching people heal from things their doctors told them were incurable, or had no treatment. My biggest privilege has been working with a little boy with selective mutism. When we began, he talked to his immediate family and a few select others, but was shutting down little by little each day. I saw his parents joy as he spoke to his grandmother within a few weeks of our healing sessions while she babysat for them. Then as he read his grandfather a story over the phone. Especially when he read the Torah at Passover to the whole family. He talks to everyone now except at school, and we are working on that last piece. He is a very old beautiful 8 year old soul, who is very complex. He's a normal, happy little boy with no trauma, but he has taught me a world of things about the technique, how to use it and what to try, what to expect and not expect, and about myself, my confidence, and my own issues. His healing has been relatively slow, and this has pushed me to step beyond my comfort zone in an effort to help him. His father marvels that I have only met him once, and I seem to love him like my own. Between LifeLine practitioners, we have now worked on four generations of this family.
People often ask me why I keep learning new techniques, especially when the LifeLine Technique works so well. For one thing, I am a sponge when it comes to learning and when it comes to healing. Whenever I learn a new healing modality, or a new life lesson, I somehow know exactly how to integrate it into my healing practice. As an example, after I finish the Sound Codes and gentle energetic touch that is Atlas Balancing, I finish with a LifeLine session. Is this required for Atlas Balancing to be effective? Absolutely not. However, we all know that no matter how good or powerful a technique is, our subconscious minds can sabotage us. So I run the LifeLine strictly to release any limiting beliefs or subconscious emotions that might stand in the way of the client fully integrating the Atlas Balancing. Additionally, some techniques are better for certain situations. For example, some Pranic Healing might help relieve pain quicker than a number of sessions releasing years of emotions. Those LifeLine sessions on the emotions still need to be done, but I will incorporate Pranic Healing, Reiki, or any other methods I know to get the client to their goal in the least amount of time. I love the opportunity to mix modalities to provide my clients with the optimal results.
I am a Certified Atlas Balancer. I studied with the developer of Atlas Balancing, Elisabeth U. Westermann, from Germany. I graduated in March of 2013. This is a very exciting emerging technology, using sound healing and light energetic touch to move the cervical atlas back into place, and I am one of only 36 people in the United States who is qualified to do this.
I am a Certified LifeLine Practitioner, and I graduated in June of 2008. I was taught directly by Dr. Darren Weissman, the developer of the technique, in Chicago, IL. He also has training sessions in Austrailia. My training involved the basic Conscious Body/Conscious Mind seminar, then Advanced I and Advanced II trainings. This culminated in an oral exam and a 9 hour written exam. The written exam required a score of 90% to be certified. Recertification is required every two years.
I became a Reiki Master in 2013. I have studied with two incredible masters and am qualified in Usui Reiki, and New Usui Reiki. I have also received a number of attunements that have various purposes, such as 'Abundance Reiki', 'White Flame Clearing' and more. I can run these for you as required.
Pranic Healing is a beautiful technique based on the observation that disease begins in the energy body and moves into the physical body. Thus the energy body is addressed in the session - cleaning, energizing, inhibiting or activating various chakras and areas of the body. I completed four Pranic Healing Courses: Basic Pranic Healing, Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy and Pranic Crystal Healing. The Pranic Psychotherapy and Pranic Crystal Healing courses were taught by Pranic Healing Master Glenn Mendoza. I opted not to pay the money to get my certification because I knew that while it can be very useful, it would not be my main focus in healing. I don't do sessions of Pranic Healing alone, although I can refer you to Certified Pranic Healers. I do however, often incorporate it into my sessions where it would be beneficial. It has great value as an adjunct to my other work.
I was trained in Axiatonal Alignment in 2005 by Rev. Chief Walter Soaring Eagle, Ph.D. He is a Sun Dancer, a Pipe Carrier, Chief of the Many Walks people, and an ordained Melchizedek priest. Axiatonal lines are present within and outside of our bodies, forming a universal grid/matrix of connection. These lines can break or become congested over the years. Axiatonal Alignment is true lightwork, which uses a series of gentle touch points to stimulate and send light (energy) through the axiatonal lines in the body, healing all the damage done over the years and reconnecting the body to the Earth, the Divine, the Universe and others. Note, this work cannot be done remotely. Please see Soarin's introduction to axiatonal alignment here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ml8Ndc-s0tE
I was certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage in 1995, at the Atlanta School of Massage which was at that time one of the top three schools in the country. This was a 600 hour course with over 200 hours of Anatomy and Physiology and an entire series of classes emphasizing the mind/body connections. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I completed further coursework in Infant Massage.
I was Certified in 7 Rays Healing in July 2010 by Saladdhin, the only person gifted with permission to carry forward this teaching. The Seven Rays are sub-aspects of cosmic energy of different vibrations, quality, frequency and color. The Seven Rays are the expression of Divine universal order. They correspond to the different functions and systems of the body. Thoughts and emotions vibrate with relatively light energy. The physical organs correspond to a more dense energy. Similarly, the Seven Rays are highly diversified in their scope. Each ray is Divinely designed for healing a particular process or organ. Various rays are used for healing different issues. The healing takes less than four minutes, and I may use it in conjunction with other methods.
I was certified in Palmajetics in the John Mullen School of Palmajetics in March 2011. Scientifically defined, Palmajetics is the process of knowingly changing the gradient flow of energy to and from specific organs and glands within the body through specific palm placements on the body. The premise is that the palm of your hand vibrates at the rate of perfect health. When using certain hand placements on the body, those parts of the body respond by resonating with that vibration of perfect health.
