How to release trapped emotions?


I would like to make an appointement to have my trapped emotions released. How can I get in touch?

    There are many body/mind techniques to release trapped emotions. I would suggest finding a practitioner that specializes in unwinding cellular memory from the body as talk therapy works on the rational mind but does not remove the charge from the body tissues.

    Techniques that I use in my practice include Shiatsu, accupressure, craniosacral therapy, (CST)  somatic emotional release, (SER) emotional freedom technique, (EFT) myofascial unwinding and shamanic soul retrieval.

    I am your girl!!!  I agree with Nancy.  Talk therapy saved my life, but when you are 'thinking' or 'talking' you are in your conscious mind.  Trapped emotions are in your subconscious mind.  The LifeLine Technique combines about a dozen different healing techniques to find the subconscious unprocessed emotions and release them.  Perfect for what you are asking.  Please research it here in my profile, or other places online.  Feel free to get in touch with me if you have any questions at all.

    Your emotions are trapped because your ego is in the way. The ego is a cork that keeps all suppressed emotion trapped in the mind. It was rebirthing (yoga breathing) that deflated my ego and allowed me to heal, after years of ineffective therapies. That's why I became a yoga breath therapist.

    A cheap way to heal is to rent a movie that is a proven tearjerker, like The Color Purple. It will put you in your heart, deflate your ego, and you will cry your heart out...and experience a deep level of healing. Not kidding.

    I respectfully disagree with Nicholas.  Your emotions are trapped because of your subconscious mind.  The entire purpose of the subconscious mind is to protect your spirit.  For every event that happens to you, your subconscious mind determines whether you have the tools and strategies to deal with it.  If you do, you get to experience it in full.  If you don't have the strategies and tools to deal with it, your subconscious mind protects you by helping you to deny, disconnect, internalize, lose or abandon certain emotions.  Those emotions however, don't go away.  They manifest in your life as other things - symptoms.  That is why work in the subconscious mind is required to deal with these trapped emotions.
