SPHE-RE (short for Sacred Peace Energy Healing) is an energy based practice.
Lynn Neilson is the Founder of SPHE-RE. Her experience in energy work over the last decade has prepared her to receive this new energy called Sacred Peace Energy and to bring it to the world. Together with her partner, Debi Fegley they have been channeling detailed instructions for the past four years from the Divine Council of 12 wherein they have addressed every aspect of how to apply this energy in sessions with clients and every detail of how SPHE-RE must be taught. She is now teaching workshops and practicing SPHERE in Montreal and Ottawa. She has also been a Reiki teacher for many years and is certified in Reiki as well as in Integrated Energy Therapy.
SPHE-RE is a gentle, hands-on energy healing technique that brings you back to a place of Peace and Love which is already deep within you.
Sacred Peace Healing Energy encourages you to re-connect, re-new, re-establish, re-member, re-store, re-commit, re-affirm, re-claim your Divine heritage. SPHE-RE is complementary to other healing modalities and does not interfere with anyone's religious beliefs. It is a Divine Energy available to anyone!
During a SPHE-RE treatment session, you remain fully clothed, and the person offering the energy healing may put a blanket on you if you wish to be warmer. They then move their hands in specific positions around your body. The practitioner will usually have the right hand on you and the other hand is extended about six inches above the right hand so that the right frequency is found. SPHE-RE vibrates at a certain frequency creating healing and balancing ones energies. Each session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
SPHE-RE is somewhat similar to Reiki but according to practitioners, has a stronger vibration and goes directly to any blockages. “Most people can feel it, memories pop up that need to be healed and then it gently soothes the pain, leaving you with a feeling of strength and possibilities.” SPHE-RE is particularly recommended for situations where you are feeling stuck, possibly due to complex issues or where you have physical health issues with no identifiable cause.
SPHE-RE is not intended as a replacement for traditional medical approaches or treatments, but is rather a complement to both traditional medical approaches and to other healing arts.
