Kinesio Taping

Kinesio Taping was invented by a Japanese chiropractor Dr. Kenzo Kase in the 1970‘s.  Kinesio Taping gives support and stability to your joints and muscles without affecting circulation and range of motion. It is also used for Preventive Maintenance, Edema, and Pain Management. The tape is made from a cotton strip with an acrylic adhesive and is designed to mimic the qualities of human skin. Kinesio Taping is applied over muscles to reduce pain and inflammation, relax overused tired muscles, and to support muscles in movement on a daily basis.
