Crystal and Gemstone Therapy

Gemstone therapy promotes self-healing by influencing all four energy levels or bodies – emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. Natural gemstones and quartz crystals are used to gently correct, align or release imbalanced or blocked energy within the body.
