This is a beginners introduction into the Pilates method, an innovative system-body exercise. Pilates may sound intimidating, but it's a great way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance, and flexibility. Virtually all Pilates exercises can be modifies for different body types and fitness levels. You do not have to know everything to begin; the important thing is to get started! We just added a new Tuesday morning class - check it out!
Mat Pilates will be held on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from August 28 - October 4 from 10:00am - 11:00am

FEE: $60 for the 6 week session OR $110 for both Tuesdays and Thursdays.
