Meditation has been proven to be an effective way to improve your health and well being, and to speed your recovery from illness.
Open to everyone - beginners and those with more experience - our guided healing mediations are created in an environment of love and peace. They are held every Tuesday evening from 7pm to about 8.30pm.
We're starting this meditation group on Tuesday evenings, and if required will run it other evenings as well.
$10 per person per night, members of Happiness House $7 per person per night.

For added benefit, supplement the weeky session with ten minutes a day of ‘quiet time’.
