Join us at Transformations In Health Massage Therapy and Wellness Centre on Monday, September 24, 2012 at 7:30 PM for an important nutrition workshop called School Lunches! Learn ways to overcome some of the most common challenges parents face when packing a school lunch, and enjoy some yummy product samples as well! All are welcome!
