Breema offers practical steps to establish a true body-mind connection, and introduce us to a unique quality of touch and movement that is a direct expression of our degree of presence. The Nine Principles of Harmony underlying the philosophy of Breema address the essential nature of life and the deeper meaning of health.
This class features Breema bodywork and Self-Breema exercises for beginners.
As Breema is floor-based, participants must be comfortable sitting, working, and kneeling on a well-padded carpeted floor.
