Tantra: Sexuality, Sacredness, Spiritual Vision

Tantra is a path that uses sexual energy and deep intimacy to reach profound spiritual states. In a safe, supportive space, we will use meditation, breathwork, sound and movement to open our hearts, relax our minds, and discover the healing of communication through intimacy. This workshop is particularly valuable for those new to tantra and is for both hetero- and homosexual couples and singles. Singles can pair up for the experiential portions of the class if they feel comfortable doing so.

Note: Wear comfortable clothing. Sexual activity is not part of the program, but survivors of childhood sexual abuse may find some of the methods emotionally challenging. Please indicate if you are in a couple when registering (give partner's name).
