What is EFT?
EFT is a new form of self-healing, self-help, based on combining ancient Chinese Traditional Medicine with modern Western psychology.
It is a simple set of techniques which can be self-applied to overcome:
Fears, phobias, anxiety, anger, stress, worry, sadness, grief, guilt, trauma (any negative emotion) and also many physical complaints, especially those caused or triggered by stress and unresolved
