As a licensed clinical social worker, I practice a person-centered approach to psychotherapy, believing that the relationship between the therapist and client is the basis for successful treatment. My passion is to help individuals get unstuck in relationships and pursue their goals despite someone else's struggles. My work with clients often involves improving communication skills, identifying one's own needs, maintaining boundaries in relationships, and practicing self-relaxation tools.
