Practice Patterns of Naturopathic Physicians in two US States This study was created because although the use of CAM medicine by US consumers is growing, little is known about the practice of CAM providers. The study was conducted using random sampling of licensed naturopathic physicians (telephone interviews) and data was collected on consecutive patient visits in 1998 and 1999.
