Infinite Light Yoga (ILY) is based on the teaching methodologies of Kripalu Yoga, which originated from the personal practice of Kundalini Master Swami Kripalvanandji (Swami Kripalu). Tony Riposo received his training at the Kripalu Center in Lenox MA. I came to yoga in April of 2009. Enjoying the regular practice that was always there whenver I needed it, I made the decision to become a teacher later that year and began a 500 hour Intensive teacher training in January of 2010. I currently teach Hatha Yoga at Sunstone Yoga in Dallas, TX. I am always trying to find joy, laughter and happiness in my own and other's practices.

I learned to do yoga at age 19 when I took yoga for College Credit. I am 48 and I appreciate yoga more now as a middle age mother. Yoga is "ME" time.
