Divine Order expresses the idea that there is a hierarchy that functions in the activity of creation and manifestation, including your health. When understood and complied with, it allows for remarkable accuracy in bringing about desired outcomes. The hierarchy is known as spirit mind body.
Healing and wellness flow from inner to outer. Inner refers to spirit mind, while outer refers to body. The inner represents the invisible world of potential, while the outer represents the physical world of form - all that can be known with the five senses. Our body and all its systems, organs, and cells, and our state of health is outer. Conversely, concepts, ideas, thoughts, and emotions, feelings, and all forces in the mind, are inner.
Divine order also implies that there is a Divine intelligence always at work in the universe causing everything to be in its right place and time, right now. The implication is that there is a proper sequence of things, happening in turn, which causes a particular outcome.
In the human condition, there is a tendency to mentally struggle with things. For example, some of us struggle with the activities of daily living, like work or play, our present set of circumstances, relationships, finances, the weather, time, and the list could go on. One could say that some people struggle against life itself. If this tendency is excessive, constant, or widespread in one’s thinking, then stress and anxiety will take root and intensify life’s stresses to the point of causing imbalance and sickness in body, mind, or affairs. Researchers now believe that stress plays the greatest role in most illnesses. Practicing Divine Order can cause a major positive shift in the healing process, as well as promote consistent wellbeing.
To practice Divine Order is, first of all, to accept the flow of life as it comes, and to accept that there is a reason and purpose for all expressions. Relax and let go of the tendency to worry, feel anxious, or overwhelmed. Recognize that the higher mental states – compassion, peace, gratitude and joy – will cause a reversal of the stress factor, and therefore, allow for a different expression. To practice Divine Order is to realize that the expression of illness can be changed by introducing a changed state of mind. Recall that the hierarchy in Divine Order places spirit first; so you begin there. I suggest you work with the following three steps.
Step one: Meditate daily upon this idea. There is a universal spiritual law at work; it is active here and now; I can flow with it. (allow this idea to rest in your heart)
Step two: Affirm often: Universal love, harmony and peace are the thoughts I will think today.
Step three: Change your mind. Become aware of your predominant thoughts and feelings about any dis ease existing in your body, any unwanted conditions in your life, or about life in general. Realize you can change your mind about it. Whatever you are experiencing, at any given time, is never permanent. Change is always pending. Understand that there is a right order to bringing about your desired change. This is good news!
Practice these three steps faithfully. Don’t give up! Working with Divine Order is a spiritual practice that may take some time, but it yields great results in terms of building a consciousness of health leading to a balanced, vital life.
