“As my work unfolded, the focus became how to bridge the higher aspects of who we are and to ground it on a day-to-day basis. When I got into energy healing in the late 90’s I realized how important it was to reconnect to one’s roots, and began exploring how to achieve that. Initially, through Therapeutic Touch and Reiki, I realized that I was energy and wanted to be energy, yet I needed to be grounded in my various practices. I have found that many people are resistant to grounding because they’re afraid of the earth and mistrust her. They’re afraid of a deep soulful connection with her. They ask, how is one nourished through the earth? They don’t understand what that kind of connection can give them. Through different attunement processes, I have developed the ability to bring a lot of nurturing through maternal energy from my body and assist people in moving through their fears. I do that in the form of activations, awakening people to an aspect of themselves that is very nurturing, very loving, very safe. They can move through their fear and embrace more of their life,”said Jocelyne Colombe as we began talking about her work and how it led her to the ancient deities of Egypt.
During that time Jocelyne also realized that she had resistance to her own femininity and her work drew her in that direction. She knew that many women have unhealed trauma from early life experiences and from not being accepted for who they are. One way of bringing back balance was to offer The Goddess Activation. Jocelyne describes this as a belief that a part of us has been kept under ‘lock and key’ preventing our full potential. It is held in our heart. The Goddess Activation allows for greater access to the love that we are, thereby enhancing our connection to appreciate and honor the highest aspect of ourselves. This leads us to realize that we are completely deserving of all that is good and beneficial in our life. Jocelyne also recognized that there needed to be balance between the masculine and feminine. “We need not banish the masculine, but seek to elevate the masculine and the feminine of each being. We need to embrace both.” Jocelyne’s interest in mythology is long standing. As she was guided to perform solo sound healing concerts, she was also directed to use the book 365 Goddess A Daily Guide to the Magic and Inspiration of the Goddess by Patricia Telesco. She began helping men and women embrace divine attributes of their specific Goddess with activations through sound, touch and light.
As Jocelyne anchored into her physical, genetic and spiritual lineage, she began opening up to other frequencies, such as Jesus and Magdalen energies as a couple, coming together in Divine Union. She also studied with Tom Kenyon, a world renowned sound healer known for his use of sacred chants spanning from numerous cultures and paths. Through sound, she uses the alchemical energy within her physical body for transformation and healing. Jocelyne has had a lot of attunements vocally to bring through sounds that will promote healing. Recently she received a message from Spirit calling her a “Sonic Shaman.”
Jocelyne also has the intuitive ability to pull information from the Akashic Records, and quotes information from books, without reading them. Jocelyne shared this: “In 2000, I saw an ad for a trip to Egypt. All of me knew, my soul knew, that I was meant to go. My deepest fears came up to face and transcend to accept the gift awaiting me: an activation to sound from Goddess Hathor - Goddess of sound, music, love, and family. She is also referred to as the “Cow Goddess”. When one thinks about our society, so many children and adults are fed by the milk of a cow. The cow is very nurturing. In some cultures, the cow’s milk is considered a complete food. The sounds from Hathor bring us whole as well.”
Jocelyne came to understand there is a whole family of beings called “The Hathors”. They lived in ancient Egypt rising 10-12 feet in stature. Their civilization ascended from the third dimension to the fifth as we are in the process of doing right now. They are here to assist because they know what it’s like to live in a state of unconditional love through the use of sound. Jocelyne shared that many who are drawn to studying and utilizing sound healing have the assistance of the Hathors. Some clairvoyants working with Jocelyne have actually seen them as she has.
Jocelyne and her life partner, Jeff Behr, are now combining their gifts, working together to plan the next group journey to Egypt and around the world. Jeff studied anthropology, physics, architecture, and religion. He holds a PhD in Metaphysics and has traveled extensively, living with, and studying the traditions of various people. Three years ago, Jeff developed a deeper understanding of who he was. He set aside others’ teachings and began to come more deeply from within to be of greater service. Jeff has had many profound experiences receiving “downloads” from Spirit. In this way he has received Reiki-like training, the Language of Light, Galactic and Sound Activations to assist others.” Jeff shared this as well: “For many people, to get a shift in consciousness, they have to step outside of their normal routine. Going someplace different (even if it’s down the street to a place you’ve never been before) you can see things in a different way. Going to another state, or another country allows you to shift your consciousness more easily because everything is different. When you go to a sacred site it adds another level to it. You can tune in to the energies and get total access that will open up portals to receive all kinds of technologies and deeper levels of consciousness at the same time”.
Jocelyne went on to say,” Astrologically, based on previous karma and potential life lessons, we choose our sun sign, birth location, etc. (our south node). Yet, our life mission is pulling us towards the north node, where our soul is best aligned to achieve that work, our optimal location in the world. For me, that is in Egypt. I consulted with an astrologer to confirm what I was intuiting, that I belonged in Egypt for a lot of my work and that many of my earthly connections were there. Because I have a lot of ancestry, and a lot of memories in Egypt, it helps me feel grounded when I go there. I also open up to the highest aspect of the Divine. The veils of illusion are literally removed. The north node location differs for each individual. For one person it may be Greece, India, China or different parts of the world. Being at those sites, even for one trip, often triggers the cellular memory so that one feels safer being on the earth accomplishing what one is meant to do. For some, it will mean relocating to those areas where they feel most connected to. Many of us will move away from where we began for our soul to flourish. We may have to leave the security of the nest for transient, deeper roots like the wind carries seeds to other continents, even across oceans for the opportunity of expansion.”
The next journey to Egypt is set for October. Those attending will travel throughout the country visiting key activation sites along the way. For instance at the Temple of Isis, there is an opportunity to tune in more deeply with the Divine Feminine whereas the Temple of Seti I affords chakra alignment as participants walk through and attune to the seven chapels. At the Temple of Ramses II there will be an activation when the rays of the sun illuminate four statues in the deepest wall inside the temple to bring about a balanced masculine power. An activation will take place at the Temple of Hathor for individuals to utilize their voice to bring forth the deepest of truths. Yet several activations will take place at the Great Pyramid of Giza in the “pit”, the Queen’s and King’s Chambers.
All of the activations are based on Mystery School teachings. Jocelyne and Jeff will assist individuals on the trip in bringing through the frequencies and help to release barriers to the proper flow of energy in their physical body. “The words transformative and life-changing are too small to explain how phenomenal the opportunity for a shift is” Jocelyne shared.
Jocelyne and Jeff noted that a shift for them is recognizing that “less is more”. Jocelyne added,”As we study rituals and different practices they become part of us. So, the less we carry, the less we do, the easier it is. We are “light” and our physical belongings are a reflection of how light, or how heavy we are.”
I asked Jocelyne and Jeff what would be their most important message to the readers. This was Jocelyne's reply: “Everyone is a gift, everyone is gifted. Know this beyond anything else. There is assistance in the unfolding and honoring of one’s being. Our role (Jeff and I) is to empower people, to make them see how much they shine, to mirror to them who they are.” Jeff then shared this: “It’s very important to balance the energies within yourself daily. It’s better to spend five minutes a day attuning with whomever you attune with from higher dimensions than it is to spend two hours once a week. You’ll get a lot more stabilized energy and frequency out of that. That helps your growth every day.”
