Grounding Technique

Grounding process:
1. Close your eyes
2. Take three deep breaths to relax your body
3. With intent, as you breathe in, you will breath in a column of white light from source through your Crown hold your breath to the count of three
4. With intent, as you breathe out, you will release the white light from source to the core center of Earth, grounding you to Earth energies
5. Repeat two more times
6. Now reverse the procedure
7. With intent, as you breathe in, you will breath in Earth energies up through your feet, hold your breath to the count of three
8. With intent, as you breathe out, you will release Earth energies to source through your crown or head.
This daily exercise grounds you and creates balance in your life.
