Over the past years cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of diseases has killed millions of people and continues to do so. Recents studies have found out that cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of diseases are caused from a poor diet (poisoning your system with pesticides from vegatables, meats/chicken with growth hormones, trans fatty acids, magarine, canola oils, hydrogenated oils, fats, sugars, shell foods, vegatables, dairy and processed foods) that weakens the immune system, clogs arteries, causes diabetes and cancer. Their studies have also found out that cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of diseases can be cured and prevented if correct eating habits are done to strengthen the immune system and unclog arteries.  Medical doctors are now healing their patients by telling them to change their poor eating habits.

Man is suppose to be on a plant based diet but over the years Americans have switched over to a meat based diet and other countries have followed. This has been the downfall of everyones health.  People from third world countries that eat a plant based organic diet are the healthist people on the planet. They don't get cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of diseases like the people that poison themselves by eating foods with pesticides from vegatables, meats/chicken with growth hormones, trans fatty acids, magarine, canola oils, hydrogenated oils, fats, sugars,  shell foods, vegatables, dairy and  processed foods..  do.

If you want to prevent or heal your self from  cancer, diabetes, heart disease and other forms of diseases within one year then you must stop eating poorly by switching over to eating organic food (fruit, vegatables, juices, nuts, flour, grains, bread, etc.... ) from health food (Mana Foods, Whole Foods , Down To Earth, Alive And Well health food stores on Maui) stores or grow your own food. Use oilve oil to cook with and honey to sweeten what ever you want sweetened. Drink 5 cups or more of green tea daily to prevent and recover from strokes. Drink a cup of green tea after each meal  to wash away the fats/oils from your system to help prevent cloged arteries.
